1810 Randall Ave

1810 Randall Ave is a mixed-use site that will accommodate a fully affordable senior housing complex and the rebuilding of a beloved community church.  The new state-of-the-art facility will support the congregation and the community at large with new classrooms, offices, worship space, and a large community hall.  The 8-story building will contain 166 residential units with indoor and outdoor recreation space and will be built to passive house energy efficiency standards.
